Hogani Jets, LLC operates as an air charter broker, coordinating on-demand and Jet Card charter flights on behalf of our clients. Beyond standard bookings, we coordinate specialized aviation solutions including pet transport, group charter, and cargo operations. Our role is to act as our clients' advocate in the private aviation market — providing operator selection, trip coordination, and end-to-end support with full transparency at every step.

2. Air Charter Broker Status

Hogani Jets is an indirect air carrier and air charter broker subject to 14 C.F.R. Part 295. We do not own, operate, maintain, or have operational control over any aircraft. We are not a direct air carrier.

All charter flights arranged through Hogani Jets are performed by independent, third-party direct air carriers operating under applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, including FAR Part 135 or Part 121, or by appropriately licensed foreign direct air carriers. The direct air carrier has sole and exclusive operational control of all flights.

By booking through Hogani Jets, you acknowledge and agree that your contract of carriage is with the direct air carrier, and that Hogani Jets is acting solely as an indirect air carrier and broker.

3. No Warranties — Accuracy of Information

Quoted prices are estimates only and are subject to change based on fuel costs, operator availability, routing, fees, and other factors. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing prior to any booking being finalized.

Hogani Jets applies operator due diligence as part of standard broker practice, including review of Air Carrier Certificate status, insurance coverage, third-party safety rating status, and operator reputation. This due diligence is a broker function and does not constitute formal safety certification or rating of any operator or aircraft. Clients seeking additional operator information are welcome to contact their Hogani Jets advisor before travel.

Any operator information, ratings, or vetting summaries provided by Hogani Jets are for context only and do not constitute a representation or warranty regarding any direct air carrier's safety record, aircraft, or crew. Hogani Jets does not audit direct air carriers. Clients seeking certified safety assessments are encouraged to review each operator's current ARGUS, Wyvern, or IS-BAO ratings directly with the respective certifying organizations.

6. No Guarantee of Availability

The availability of aircraft, routes, and pricing displayed or quoted through our Website or representatives is subject to change at any time without notice. Submission of an inquiry or request does not constitute a booking or reservation. A booking is only confirmed upon execution of a Charter Agreement and receipt of required payment.
