Fuel capacity also grew. Dassault expanded the usable fuel load to approximately 16,660 lbs by increasing internal tank volume. Combined with the more efficient PW308C engines, this pushed range from 3,130 nm to 4,045 nm, a 915-nautical-mile increase.

According to Hogani Jets' published specifications, each PW308C carries a 7,000-hour time-between-overhaul interval. Dassault also added advanced fault monitoring and digital diagnostic systems to reduce maintenance downtime and improve dispatch reliability.

The Falcon 2000EX and the Falcon 2000EX EASy are the same aircraft with different cockpits. Every other specification is identical.

The EX uses Collins (Rockwell Collins) Pro Line 4. This system uses four large-format CRT displays and the APS-4000 autopilot. It includes dual Collins FMS-6100 flight management systems, Honeywell Laseref IV inertial reference systems, and Primus 870 Doppler weather radar.

The EX EASy replaced those CRT screens with Honeywell's Primus Epic EASy suite. The EASy system uses four large LCD displays in a T arrangement. It was designed to reduce pilot workload through better system integration. Dassault introduced this upgrade in 2004, ending the base EX production run.
